This print is an edited reproduction of an encyclopaedia illustration dated from 1858. We base all our edits and designs on antique images sold through our sister shop Ninskaprints which sells original antique prints.
PAPER: 300g/m fine art cotton rag paper
INK: Archival pigment based ink
MEASUREMENTS: This print is available in 3 sizes with options to have it matted or matted and framed. Mattes (also known as a mount or passepartout) are available in antique white and black and frame options are detailed below.
Small (S) - 5 x 7 inches (8 x 10 inches for matted and framed options)
Medium (M) - 7 x 9 inches (10 x 12 inches for matted and framed options)
Large (L) - 7 x 10 inches (11 x 14 inches for matted and framed options)
Measurements for matted and framed options include the matte and the image size remains the same. The overall size including the frame will differ depending on which frame you choose and frame moulding sizes are detailed below.
All of our frames are made in the UK from solid wood (usually pine) and have a varnish or paint finish. See listing photos for details of frame options and an example of how your print would look framed. All frames have perspex glazing and an MDF back.
If you do not want your print framed, select 'Print Only' or 'Matted Print Only' in the frame options drop down list.
